Third-Party Services
We use the following services to operate our business. Each is bound by appropriate data processing agreements:
- Calendly — booking and scheduling.
- HubSpot — CRM and email communications.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Supabase — database (EU region, encrypted at rest).
- Stripe — payment processing. We do not store card details.
- Vercel — website hosting (EU edge network).
- Anthropic — AI processing for client automations (not your enquiry data).
Data Retention
Enquiry data is retained for 12 months. Client project data is retained for 7 years as required by UK financial regulations, then securely deleted. You can request deletion at any time unless we have a legal obligation to retain the data.
Your Rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Access a copy of your personal data.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Request erasure of your data.
- Object to or restrict processing.
- Data portability.
- Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is consent-based).
- Lodge a complaint with the ICO at ico.org.uk.
